Leadership Analytics

The trust signal most leaders wish they had six months earlier.

TrustLoop gives leaders a rolling Healthy, Watch, or Warning status across the organisation — built from aggregate trust signals, not surveys, and never surveillance. See drift early enough to act while the fix is still small.

Plain-language answer

What is Trust Drift?

Trust Drift is an aggregate, source-protected leadership view that converts trust erosion into a rolling Healthy, Watch, or Warning status. It is designed to help leaders see organisational risk earlier, understand what shifted, and decide what to do next without exposing individual scores or contributors.

What it shows

A plain signal for leaders: Healthy, Watch, or Warning across a team, function, or organisation.

What it uses

Aggregate trust signals, dimension trends, and the Trust Effectiveness Index over time.

What it does not do

It does not show named scores, raw reflection text, or who caused a signal to change.

Trust Drift

How it works

The system reads aggregate trust trends over time and translates them into a rolling status for each team and division. No individual data ever surfaces.

Healthy

All trust dimensions stable or improving. No leadership action required — the organisation is building trust momentum.

Watch

One or more aggregate signals drifting. A review is recommended before the trend deepens — early awareness, not alarm.

Warning

A sustained decline across key dimensions. Worth a closer look and a leadership conversation — the earlier you engage, the smaller the correction.

Status is derived from aggregate trust patterns across the four dimensions — Credibility, Reliability, Safety, and Self-Orientation.

Leadership dashboard

What you see. What you do.

TrustLoop — Leadership Analytics

Organisation trust status

Healthy

Warning
Watch — Commercial Team
Reliability dimension declining 12% over 4 weeks
Self-Orientation rising — team focus may be fragmenting
Safety signals flat while other dimensions improve

Recommended next steps

1Review aggregate dimension trends in the Leadership dashboard
2Schedule a reflection pulse with the team lead (no names surface)
3Revisit team priorities to re-align shared objectives

Aggregate status at a glance

One clear signal per team or division. No dashboards full of charts to interpret — just Healthy, Watch, or Warning.

What's driving the signal

Two to four drivers explain why the status changed — dimension-level shifts, not named individuals. You see the pattern, never the person.

Recommended next steps

A short playbook so leaders know what to do — not just what's happening. Concrete suggestions, not vague alerts.

Foundation

Built on aggregate trust trends

Trust Drift is the interpretation layer on top of TrustLoop's aggregate leadership analytics. It turns trend data into one clear signal leaders can understand and act on.

Weekly reflections
Trust dimensions
Org trust trend
Trend analysis
Warning status

Deterministic detection, not guesswork. Every status change is traceable to measurable aggregate shifts in organisation-level trust patterns.

Privacy & governance

Privacy-safe by architecture, not policy.

The system cannot expose individuals because it was never built to. Privacy is structural, not a setting someone can toggle off.

Aggregate only

Individual reflections never surface in organisation-level views. Leaders see patterns, not people.

Source-protected

Leadership views are built around source-protected aggregate signals rather than named contributors or raw reflection text.

"Signals forming" guardrails

Status won't appear until minimum team size and minimum submission thresholds are met — preventing small-group identification.

No individual exposure

Leadership views do not surface individual scores or who contributed a signal. Access is limited to aggregate patterns and status changes.

Leadership seat

You decide who sees it — and that restriction is a strength

Leadership Analytics is visible only to the people your organisation designates — whether that's an executive, a people leader, a transformation lead, or a senior manager. Access is configurable, not fixed. Fewer viewers means stronger trust in the system itself.

People Leader

Early warning on culture erosion. Spot trust decline in specific divisions before it surfaces in engagement surveys or attrition data.

Executive Sponsor

Execution risk visibility without micromanaging. One clear signal per team tells you where trust may be slowing down decision-making.

Transformation or Change Leader

Change readiness and trust resilience. Track whether restructures, mergers, or new leadership are building or eroding trust capital.

Not everyone needs this view. You control who is authorised — protecting the system's integrity and the people within it.

Common questions

Leadership Analytics and Trust Drift

Plain-language answers for leaders evaluating aggregate early-warning analytics, governance guardrails, and alerting.

What is Trust Drift?

Trust Drift is the aggregate early-signal layer inside Leadership Analytics. It monitors trust signals across your organisation and assigns a rolling status — Healthy, Watch, or Warning. When trust momentum deteriorates, it generates a playbook with prioritised actions and structured talking points. All data is aggregate and source-protected.

Can Trust Drift identify who caused a signal?

No. Trust Drift operates on aggregate, source-protected data. It shows organisational patterns and trends, never individual scores, named contributors, or raw reflection text. It is designed for systemic insight, not individual surveillance.

How accurate are the TrustLoop playbooks and suggested actions?

The status itself (Healthy / Watch / Warning) is fully deterministic — computed from rules, not AI. TrustAI only generates the narrative summary and suggested actions. If TrustAI is unavailable, the system falls back to rule-based guidance. TrustAI never invents metrics or thresholds.

How do Trust Drift alerts work?

When the status changes (e.g., Healthy to Watch), allowlisted Leadership users receive in-app notifications and optional email alerts. Each alert can be acknowledged, assigned to an owner, and tracked with follow-up dates. Alerts are deduplicated — the same state does not trigger repeated notifications.
