Your first 90 days.

From kickoff to results review—what to expect in a TrustLoop rollout.

Three phases. Clear milestones.

A simple path most rollouts follow—from setup to results review. Individual users can skip straight to the app.

Weeks 1-2

Kickoff & Onboarding

  • Discovery call with TrustLoop team to finalize seat counts and seat plan
  • Contract signing and admin portal setup
  • Initial cohort identified (5–10 people typical; expand after 90 days)
  • First invitations sent via work email
  • Leaders download app and complete first self-reflection
  • Individual users: complete the 2-minute intake, download the app, and log your first reflection — no team required

Expected outcome

"Everyone has the app, understands the loop, and has logged their first reflection."

Weeks 3-8

Weekly Pulse & Habit Formation

  • Leaders log 5 minute reflections after key meetings
  • Colleagues add anonymous feedback (optional, encouraged)
  • TrustLoop Score updates weekly with 1–2 specific Actions
  • People partner monitors aggregate trends via admin dashboard
  • Midpoint check-in call to review engagement and early patterns
  • Individual users: same weekly rhythm — your score and Actions update each week based on your own reflections and any colleague input you invite

Expected outcome

"Trust signals stabilize, leaders start practicing specific behaviors, early patterns emerge."

2/3

Weeks 9-12

Results Review & Expansion Decision

  • Leaders export their 90-day trust trend and top improvements
  • People partner reviews aggregate metrics and engagement rates
  • Results review call with TrustLoop team
  • Decision: Continue with current pod, expand to more teams, or pause
  • If expanding: Add seats and adjust seat allocation (Professional vs Leadership)
  • Individual users: review your 90-day trust trend, celebrate progress, and decide whether to invite colleagues for richer feedback

Expected outcome

"Clear ROI story for internal stakeholders, data-backed decision on expansion."

3/3

What success looks like.

These are the metrics most teams track to justify expansion or renewal — and the same signals individuals use to measure their own growth.

Engagement rate

70%+

Shows leaders find it valuable and non-burdensome

For you: at least one reflection per week — the habit that drives everything else

Trust score movement

+5-10 pts

Demonstrates measurable improvement in 90 days

For you: the same target applies — +5–10 pts in 90 days shows the practice is working

Action adoption

60%+

Proves the system drives behavior change, not just awareness

For you: completing your weekly Action is what compounds growth over time

Colleague feedback rate

40%+

Validates psychological safety and trust in the system

For you: even one colleague reflecting on you adds the external perspective self-reflection alone can't provide

From proof to program.

Most teams who complete a successful first 90 days expand in one of three ways.

1

Expand the same pod

Add 3-5 more Leadership seats to cover the full C-suite or regional leaders.

Typical size+3-5 Leadership seats
Timeline2-4 weeks after day 90
2

Add manager cohort

Roll out 20-50 Professional seats to frontline managers and senior ICs.

Typical size20-50 Professional seats
Timeline1-2 months after day 90
3

Multi-department rollout

Expand to 50+ seats across multiple departments with mixed Professional/Leadership allocation.

Typical size50-200+ mixed seats
Timeline2-6 months after day 90

Typical expansion timeline: Most teams decide within 2 weeks of day 90. We'll schedule a results review call at the 90-day mark to discuss next steps.

The signal was always there. Now you can see it.
