1. Delete your account in the app
To delete your TrustLoop account, use the in-app deletion option:
- Open the TrustLoop iOS app
- Go to Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm the request (you may be asked to re-enter your password)
This process is self-serve. You do not need to email support to start account deletion.
2. What happens after you request deletion
After you request deletion, your account enters a deletion workflow designed to prevent accidental loss. TrustLoop currently uses a 30-day cooling period before permanent deletion is completed.
Once deletion is completed, your account and personal data are removed from our active systems, except where we are legally required to retain certain business records (for example, invoices or tax/accounting records).
3. If you can’t access the app
If you can’t access the app on your device, the simplest path is to reinstall TrustLoop, sign in, and follow the steps above in Settings.
